Sanya Samtani will be presenting a working paper on the current South African copyright reform process at a seminar organised by Sean Flynn, Director of the Programme for Information Justice and Intellectual Property (Washington College of Law, American University). The paper draws from her doctoral research on copyright and the right to education in international law, as well as in India and South Africa.
