David Winickoff is Senior Policy Analyst and Secretary of the Working Party on Bio-, Nano- and Converging Technology (BNCT) at the OECD. A Harvard trained lawyer, he leads work on the responsible development of emerging technologies in areas such as synthetic biology, neurotechnology, gene editing, and the bioeconomy.
