Invited Workshop on Intermediated Securities

This small scale invited workshop will examine two important issues in relation to the holding of securities through the intermediated (book-entry) system: ‘The Enforcement of Debt Securities held through Intermediaries’ and ‘Securities Holding and Settlement: the future’.  Attendees include academics and practising lawyers from both sides of the profession, who will pool their expertise in a brain-storming session on these two issues.
