The UK Government has claimed that those convicted of crimes should fund the criminal courts and that the losers in civil claims should pay the costs of those courts. In the third seminar we consider these and other claims. The question is: who should pay for the costs of the justice system?
The third seminar in this series will take place on Thursday 17th November, 3-5pm, at the Old Library, All Souls College.
