The publication of A Neofederalist Vision of TRIPS: The Resilience of The International Intellectual Property Regime (Oxford University Press 2012), the latest collaboration between Graeme Dinwoodie and Rochelle Dreyfuss, was celebrated at a book launch at NYU School of Law on April 11. At the launch, Professor Laurence R. Helfer, the Harry R. Chadwick, Sr. Professor of Law at Duke University School of Law, lauded the book and discussed the authors' proposal for the recognition of an international intellectual property acquis.  Book details are available here.
