22 August 2012 Kubo Macak is first Slovak holder of Hague Academy Diploma Associated people Dapo Akande Chichele Professor of Public International Law Kubo Macak (DPhil) of Somerville College successfully passed an oral examination for the Hague Academy Diploma (the assignment being "Self Defence") and is now the first Slovak holder of the Diploma.
