On 2-3 November 2012, the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre, in conjunction with the Center for Intellectual Property Research of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, hosted an international conference on the future of design protection law. The conference was held at the Ship Centre at Jesus College. The conference brought together scholars, practitioners, judges, industry experts and government officials from the United States, Europe, China and Japan for two days of discussions on design protection law.
