Legal Researches Wanted for Responses to the Syrian Refugee Crisis

Legal researchers are sought to start as soon as possible, to contribute to a research project on responses to the Syrian refugee crisis, particularly by the UK.  The research is being undertaken by Professor Dawn Chatty (Refugee Studies Centre) and Professor Susan M. Akram, Clinical Professor, Boston University School of Law.

The focus of this research effort is to develop a package of recommendations directed both to European states and to UNHCR for the EXCOM meeting in September in Geneva. The work will link with a similar project being undertaken by the Boston University Law School Human Rights clinic, focusing on US responses, and those of Latin America.
