The Faculty of Law hosted its annual Diploma in Intellectual Property Law & Practice Alumni Reception at the Royal Society in London on 6 March 2014. The event, attended by about 60 Diploma alumni and tutors, featured an insightful talk by Lord Neuberger on the Europeanisation of intellectual property law and practice. The talk addressed both patents and trade mark developments, with the distinguished speaker taking questions from the audience afterwards. The ensuing lively discussion was chaired by the Dean of the Oxford Law Faculty, Professor Timothy Endicott.
The Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice is taught jointly by senior Oxford academics and senior practitioners from law firms and chambers.
