The University has announced the appointment of Professor Anne Davies as Dean of the Faculty of Law, in succession to Professor Timothy Endicott. A Fellow of Brasenose College and formerly a Prize Fellow of All Souls, Anne will take up the Deanship on 1 October, 2015. Timothy will be on sabbatical from 1 January 2015, until he steps down in September to return to teaching at Balliol College. From January to September 2015, Professor Hugh Collins, the Vinerian Professor of English Law, will serve as Acting Dean.
