Weekly update for w/c 21^st September

• Continued demolition to the Ground Floor areas

• Soft strip progressively working up the building

• Breaking out of the lift pit

• Groundworks and drainage

From Monday through to Wednesday next week (21^st – 23^rd September) more noisy work will take place due to the use of machinery to take down the stairs and removing tougher elements of the masonry structure. Beard are aiming to be complete with these noisy works by Thursday the 24^th September.
