Dr Pavlos Eleftheriadis Discusses the Proposed New Legal Settlement of the UK with the EU

In a blog piece published in on the Constitutional Law Association’s website, Dr Pavlos Eleftheriadis, an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and a fellow of Mansfield College discusses the implication of the proposed new Legal Settlement of the UK with the EU. He argues that the agreement is an entirely novel legal arrangement whose precise nature as part of European Union or public international law is still unclear.
