Professor Judith Freedman and Justice Kate O'Regan elected as Fellows of the British Academy

The British Academy have elected 42 new fellows, in recognition of their outstanding contribution to research.  Judith Freedman, Pinsent Masons Professor of Taxation Law has been elected as a Fellow of the British Academy and Justice Kate O'Regan, the Inaugural Director of the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights has been elected as an Honorary Fellow.

The British Academy is a fellowship of around 1,300 leading national and international academics elected for their distinction in the humanities and social sciences. Each year, the British Academy elects to its Fellowship up to 42 outstanding UK-based scholars who have achieved academic distinction as reflected in scholarly research activity and publication.
