Research on 'Illegality after Patel v Mirza'

Alan Bogg and Sarah Green have been awarded funding from the University's John Fell fund to finance a workshop to be held in Oxford in May 2017, on the subject of 'Illegality after Patel v Mirza'. The workshop will bring together leading academics and judges from across the common law world to discuss the wide-ranging implications of one of the most significant Supreme Court decisions of recent times. It will also lead to the publication by Hart of an edited collection in 2018.
