Hilary All Souls Seminars Commence
The Centre for Criminology is delighted to host another term of diverse seminars from experts in their areas, opening with a seminar from Dr Vanessa Barker, University of Stockholm on Thursday 18th January.
Open to all, with no registration required, join us at the slightly different time to usual, of 3pm in the Wharton Room, All Souls College for the following seminars:
- 18th January - Nordic Nationalism and Penal Order: Walling the Welfare State, Dr. Vanessa Barker, University of Stockholm
- 1st February — Seeing and Seeing-as: Building a politics of visibility in criminology, Dr Sarah Armstrong, University of Glasgow
- 15th February — The Enemy In-Between: Ambivalence, Hostility & Joint Enterprise, Dr Henrique Carvalhho, University of Warwick
- 1st March — Public trust and police legitimacy: Diversity and complexity in the ‘global city', Prof. Ben Bradford, University College London
