John Gardner joins founding editors Leslie Green and Brian Leiter to produce the latest edition of 'Oxford Studies in Philosophy of Law'

'Oxford Studies in Philosophy of Law' published by Oxford University Press is a forum for some of the best new philosophical work on law, by both senior and junior scholars from around the world. The essays range widely over issues in general jurisprudence, the philosophical foundations of specific areas of law, the history of legal philosophy, and related topics that illuminate the problems of legal theory.  In the new Volume 3, Professor John Gardner (Professor Law and Philosophy, All Souls College), joins founding editors Professor Leslie Green (Professor of the Philosophy of Law) and Professor Brian Leiter (Karl N. Llewellyn Professor of Jurisprudence at the Chicago Law School) in presenting this important new collection of essays.
