Women Transforming Leadership Programme
Build heightened personal and professional self-awareness to broaden leadership impact
To celebrate International Womens Day 2019 Oxford Saïd will be offering an online short module for women leaders. This will include a reflection tool to help you assess your current career position and leadership roles, as a basis for future planning.
The module draws on research findings from interviews with female CEOs, undertaken as part of Oxford’s CEO research project and focuses on one of the three themes identified in in article based on that research: the importance of self-acceptance as a foundation for self-development and self-management, those being the other two themes.
Programme Director of our successful Women Transforming Leadership Programme, Kathryn Bishop, will guide you through the use of the reflection tool, and there is a downloadable workbook to help you.
This exercise will be available from 8th March at 10am until 31st March for women leaders to complete and therefore does not need to be completed on International Womens Day itself.
To receive the details when we launch on 8th March at 10am please do register.

The programme is open to women who have had more than one influential leadership role. We particularly encourage women from male-dominated industries and teams to join us. We ask that you come with an open mind and a willingness to share experiences – including the difficult ones.
Our priority is to help you get the best out of this programme and we want to provide a customised, personal learning experience that begins with your application to the programme.
