In February 2020 Linda Mulcahy, Director of the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies will be taking part in the Difficult Dialogues festival in Goa, India. Difficult Dialogues is an annual forum examining issues of contemporary relevance in South Asia. Difficult Dialogues 2020 will focus on the “State of Law”. The conference will bring together lawyers, some eminent Chief Justices, civil society, media, academic experts, activists, and people working at community level with government and non-governmental organisations.  Linda will be speaking on a panel examining issues around diversity in the legal profession.
