Article co-authored by Tarun Khaitan receives special mention in 2020 I•CON Prize

Tarunabh Khaitan and Jane Calderwood Norton were given a Special Mention award in the 2020 I•CON Prize for their article, “The Right to Freedom of Religion and the Right against Religious Discrimination: Theoretical Distinctions”, published in I•CON 17:4. 

The I•CON Prize is awarded for the most outstanding article published in volume 17 of the International Journal of Constitutional Law. This year the Editors decided to make Special Mention awards as well as the main prize.
