Article co-authored by Andrew Higgins shortlisted for Australian Legal Research Awards

Andrew Higgins and Inbar Levy (University of Melbourne) have been shortlisted for the Australian Legal Research Awards for their Modern Law Review article "What the Fair Minded Observer Really Thinks About Judicial Impartiality" (2021). Andrew & Inbar's work was funded by the Allan Myers Oxford-MLS Research Partnership. Their work on bias, including the MLR article, was extensively cited by the Australian Law Reform Commission in its recent review of judicial impartiality in Australia.
