Position Description

  • First line of contact for all enquiries, general correspondence, etc.
  • Financial administration – claims, payments, petty cash
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Organisation of graduate interviews and updating the annual student handbook
  • Academic Visitors
  • Mailing lists and communications
  • Seminar co-ordination and events support (bookings, promotional material, catering, etc.)
  • Office supplies and general housekeeping
