Jakob Schemmel

Jakob is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for State Sciences and Philosophy of Law at the University of Freiburg. His research focuses on constitutional and administrative law. He recently completed his Habilitation on social fundamental rights. At the Center for Socio-Legal Studies, Jakob will work on a project on the decision-making processes of constitutional courts.
