Institute Manager, Bonavero Institute of Human Rights

Position Description

Zoe Davis-Heaney is the Institute Manager for the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. She oversaw the build and set up of the Institute with the current Director Kate O'Regan, in 2017.

Zoe leads the professional support team at the Institute and is responsible for all non-academic administration including finance, funding, operations, staffing, service level management and oversees the Institute's programmes and and events with the support the Programmes Administrator and Events Coordinator. She also serves the Institute's management committee and works closely with senior staff at the Institute, Faculty of Law and Mansfield College, in support of the Institute’s strategic objectives.

Zoe obtained an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, specialising in Organisational Justice.
