For the occasion, we will have the pleasure of welcoming Robert Craig (University of Bristol), whose presentation will be titled 'Islands of Law: Ouster Clauses, Jurisdiction and Parliamentary Backlash'. Robert asked us to share with you that, should you be unable to read the whole paper, he would greatly appreciate it if you could simply read the brief introduction that provides an overview of his argument.
