For his talk on Connected Assets and the Idea of Property, David is sharing three draft chapters of his book on ‘The Foundations of Anglo-American Corporate Fiduciary Law’, of which they form part. In the workshop he will focus mostly on the ideas in the final chapter, on the drivers of divergence, which are still very preliminary.
