On 11 May, AIPPI and Oxford University’s Intellectual Property Research Centre organised a discussion (in front of a distinguished audience) between three well-known figures in the trade mark world - Professor Graeme Dinwoodie (Oxford University), Simon Malynicz QC (3 New Square) and David Stone (Simmons & Simmons) – to review the Trade Mark reform package passed by the EU institutions in December 2015.
