Copyright and Course Packs

The Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre (OIPRC) and the Oxford India Centre for Sustainable Development (OICSD) held a panel discussion to discuss the recent Delhi High Court judgment on reproduction of copyright-protected works for course packs at Indian universities.  Issues raised included access to knowledge in developing countries, the proper limits of copyright law and the economic viability of educational publishing.  A report on the panel discussion is available here.
