MLF Alumni Reunion HT 2019

The recent alumni reunion for the Masters in Law and Finance programme (MLF) was held on Tuesday 26th February 2019 at the offices of Allen & Overy in London. The event was attended by around 40 MLF students, alumni and staff members, including the current Academic Director of the Programme, John Armour, Professor of Law and Finance.

While enjoying drinks, canapés, and London’s stunning skyline, guests networked and shared memories of their time in Oxford. Our MLF alumni reunions also allow current MLF students to meet with alumni and hear about their careers and achievements after the MLF.

The MLF, which began in October 2010, is a ten month full time postgraduate course taught jointly by the Law Faculty and the Saïd Business School which offers students with a background in law the chance to develop an advanced interdisciplinary understanding of issues at the intersection of law and finance. MLF graduates have gone on to pursue high impact careers throughout the world in leading international law firms, investment banks, academia, regulatory agencies and the judiciary.

The MLF is committed to staying connected with its alumni, whether through alumni events, the MLF mentoring scheme or in a number of other ways throughout the year. If you have previously studied on the MLF programme and would like to know more about how the programme engages with its alumni, please contact the MLF Office at mlf.law@ox.ac.uk for more details.
