Dr Roxana Radu, PCMLP post-doctoral researcher and PhD candidate Giovanni de Gregorio, PCMLP visiting student, have explored how new legislation on disinformation and fake news fares in democratic and authoritarian regimes. Their new paper on the topic was presented on 25 November at the Global Internet Governance Academic Network Annual Symposium in Berlin, ahead of the annual meeting of the Internet Governance Forum.
