This month Julian Roberts published a volume of essays with Justice David Cole entitled 'Sentencing in Canada. Essays in Law, Policy and Practice' (Toronto: Irwin Law).

This is the first volume of essays on sentencing in that jurisdiction in 30 years. It contains a foreword by Justice Moldaver of the Supreme Court of Canada, covers a range of critical issues including the sentencing of indigenous offenders, and contributions by current and former members of the Oxford faculty.
