Biography

Flora is a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and specialises in structured finance transactions, including bespoke debt, equity and derivative solutions for predominantly financial institutions, including the Bank of England.   Flora also spent six years on Freshfields’ partnership council (the firm’s supervisory body) and now is leader of the team she works with in London.  Flora read PPE at Oxford (at St. Hilda’s) and did the conversion course and professional qualification at law school in London.  She was a trainee and qualified into the Banking group at Allen & Overy and moved to Freshfields to concentrate on structured finance transactions in 2000.
