Yang Qiu

Yang Qiu is a DPhil candidate in Law at Wolfson College, University of Oxford. He is supervised by Professor Ngoc Son Bui. His doctoral research focuses on comparative constitutional history and explores the relationship between collective memory and constitutions.

Prior to his studies at Oxford, he obtained a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and completed an MPhil in World History at the University of Cambridge. He also holds an MA (Scottish Hons) in Politics from the University of Edinburgh.

He is one of the co-convenors of the Chinese Law Discussion Group, a role he shares with a group of lovely friends.
