For this meeting of the Conflict of Laws Discussion Group, we will be joined by Dr Brooke Marshall, Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales, for a talk and discussion on the topic of "Asymmetric Jurisdiction Agreements".
The event will be held in person at St Catherine's College (JCR Lecture Theatre). A light sandwich lunch will follow the meeting in the Private Dining Room next door.
