On 24 November 2025, the Obligations Discussion Group will be hosting a book presentation for Shivprasad Swaminathan's A Historical Introduction to Indian Contract Law (Routledge 2025).
The session will be chaired by Lionel Smith.
The event is jointly hosted with the Comparative Law Discussion Group and will take place from 12:45-14:00 GMT in the Lee Shau Kee Scholars (LSK) Seminar Room at Wadham College.
