He will speak with Dr Johannes Ungerer about unprecedented questions of international jurisdiction for consumer disputes. The conversation will relate to a case currently pending in the Court of Appeal, following the decision of the High Court in Alesayi v Bank Audi SAL [2025] EWHC 1033 (KB).
