Faculty members and postgraduate students are invited to join this seminar on ITG v Fort Trustees [2022] UKPC 36. The case concerns whether a former trustee's indemnity has priority as against a present trustee's indemnity and the judgment considers both the nature of a trustee's lien and the justification of the trustee's indemnity.
