Jeremias Adams-Prassl is a Professor of Law at the University of Oxford. Jeremias' research focuses on technology, innovation policy, and the future of work in the European Union and beyond. He is a Fellow of Magdalen College. Since April 2021, Jeremias has led a five-year, interdisciplinary project exploring the rise of Algorithms at Work, funded by the European Research Council and a 2020 Leverhulme Prize.
Orla Lynskey is Chair of Law and Technology at UCL Laws and a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe, Bruges. She was previously Associate Professor at LSE Law (2012-2024). Her research examines the ways in which digital technology and regulation shape fundamental rights and public values and reconfigure public-private relations.
Philipp Hacker holds the Chair for Law and Ethics of the Digital Society at the European New School of Digital Studies (ENS) at European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). His research focuses on the regulation of digital technologies, particularly concerning artificial intelligence.
All seminars are preceded by a light sandwich lunch, offered 30 minutes before the event.
