Evangelia (Lilian) Tsourdi is Professor and Jean Monnet Chair in European Migration Law and Governance at the Law Faculty of Maastricht University and the Maastricht Centre for European Law. She is also the joint Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Refugee Law published by Oxford University Press. 

Dr. M. (Marijn) van der Sluis has been Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law in Maastricht since January 2020. His research focuses on the role of (constitutional) law in the economy, in particular the role of constitutional law in the climate transition. In addition, he is interested in the euro and the ECB, budgetary rules, transparency, and judicial appointments.

All seminars are preceded by a light sandwich lunch, offered 30 minutes before the event.
