LGBT+ Rights Discussion Group: Criminalising Conversion Practices:  Issues Raised by the Draft Bill

This talk will look at the challenges of drafting legislation to criminalise conversion practices in a way which provide effective protection from them.  It will use the English and Welsh Draft Conversion Practices Bill as a starting point for the discussion, but will also look at lessons to be learned from other jurisdictions.
