Professor Rafael Peteffi da Silva (Federal University of Santa Catarina Faculty of Law) will be presenting a paper on Loss of a chance: a comparative perspective from 1:00pm to 2:00pm BST in the Lee Shau Kee Scholars Seminar Room A (LSK A) at Wadham College. This is a joint event between the Obligations Discussion Group and the Institute of European and Comparative Law.
