Luis Duarte: "Sources of Law and the Justification of Judicial Decisions"

Luís Duarte d’Almeida, Associate Professor at NOVA School of Law and Honorary Professorial Fellow at Edinburgh Law School, delivers the third paper of Hilary Term 2023: "Sources of Law and the Justification of Judicial Decisions". The seminar will start at 3:00pm in the Goodhart Seminar Room of University College (Logic Lane).
