Dr Kristjánsson will present on a paper in development, concerning the standing of non-privileged applicants to the Court of Justice of the European Union, in light of that Court's claim that the EU legal system provides a complete system of remedies. A sandwich lunch will be served at 12:30pm, with the discussion beginning at 1pm.
Dr Hafsteinn Dan Kristjánsson is a full professor of law at Reykjavík University and stipendiary lecturer at Balliol College, University of Oxford.
