We will be joined by Michele Molè, PhD Researcher in Labour Law, University of Groningen, to discuss his work on the recent 32 millions euro fine to Amazon France from the French Data Protection Authority for intrusive surveillance in its warehouse. Michele will discuss his recently published commentary on this issue 'Minimised work surveillance exists under the GDPR: Amazon France and the DPA sanction'.
