Mutual Trust as a Foundation of the EU Legal System

We will be joined by AG Nicholas Emiliou (CJEU), who will present on the topic of "Mutual Trust as a Foundation of the EU Legal System".
The seminar will be held on Thursday, 07 March 2024, 1pm - 2pm (UK time). For those of you in Oxford, please come to the Faculty of Law, Law Board Room. As usual, a light sandwich lunch will be offered from 12.30pm. Please note that the lunch will be offered in Seminar Room L, and then we will head to the Law Board Room.
Please also note that the AG will send us his draft paper few days prior to the event. For those of you who are planning to come in person (and thus won't fill in the registration form) but still want to read the paper, please send us an email to ask for it, and I will make sure to send it to you once I have it.
