The Oxford Comparative Moot in German Law is a unique competition for law students in Oxford to hone their comparative legal skills by advising on German Law in English. The moot will take place again in Trinity Term 2027, building on the previous successful rounds. The panel's chairperson will be Dr Carl Friedrich Nordmeier, judge at the Oberlandesgericht Frankfurt. The event has been made possible again by a generous donation from Freshfields PartG mbB. It is organised by Dr Johannes Ungerer, Erich Brost Senior Research Lecturer in German Law, European and International Private Law.

The 2027 moot will take place on Thursday 13 May 2027 (Trinity Term Week 3) at 4 pm.

Further information can be found on the Oxford Comparative Moot in German Law website.
If you would like to attend, please email Dr Ungerer.
