Panel Discussion: Byers v Saudi National Bank [2023] UKSC 51

On 27 February 2024, the Property Law Discussion Group and the Obligations Discussion group will be hosting a panel discussion on the recent Supreme Court decision in Byers v Saudi National Bank [2023] UKSC 51. The session will be chaired by Dr Aruna Nair, and Professors Ben McFarlane, Robert Stevens, and William Swadling will be speaking on the decision. 

The event will take place in the Garden Room in Trinity College from 12:45pm to 2:00pm GMT. It will take place in person and simultaneously online.

A sandwich lunch and refreshments will be available from 12:30pm.
