Professor Hector MacQueen will present the Contract (Formation and Remedies) (Scotland) Bill, which passed Stage 2 in the Scottish Parliament on 3 February 2026.
Professor John Cartwright and Professor Robert Stevens will respond with comparative observations, and there will be an open discussion period.
Sandwiches will be served at 12.45 and the presentations will begin at 13:00. Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP Lionel Smith by 16 February 2026 for catering purposes.
