The Feminist Jurisprudence Discussion Group is hosting Natalia Morales to discuss her work on women's political representation in constitution making processes. Her work deploys both theoretical and socio-legal methods to evaluate women's direct participation in constituent processes. Her work also relies on feminist theory to make a critique of the 'crisis' of democratic representation.
