In this session we will be discussing AG Rantos Opinion on Meta Platforms Inc v. Bundeskartellamt (Case C-252/21) 

The reading group sessions are organized by Competition Law & Policy Discussion Group. The reading group sessions are interactive discussions where the participants will discuss the critical aspects of recent cases and decisions. The reading group will convene once each term.
