On 27 March 2023 the Commission amended the guidance on enforcement priorities through an Amending Communication and launched the process leading to the adoption of guidelines on exclusionary abuses. In this reading group session, we will explore and analyze the impact of the Amending Communication and the accompanying Policy Brief.
The reading group sessions will consist of interactive discussions where the participants will discuss the critical aspects of recent cases and decisions. The reading group will convene once each term. The case information will be announced a week before the event. To allow all participants to engage in the dialogue fully, there will be limited places on a first-come-first-serve basis.
